Great pet store! Large selection of pet food and accessories. The staff is polite, they helped me choose food for my cat. The prices are reasonable, everything is clean and tidy. I will come back!

Really enjoyed coming here. It does feel kind of... heck I don't know the word. Almost old? But not gonna lie it has such a nice feeling when you get there. Sure, like all pet stores, they have to overstock some animals in order to have enough stock to make profit, but it seemed like the animals were being cared for in a very satisfactory manner. Kudos to this store, they have good availability and I was able to find supplies I had previously only found online. And can I just say the sheer amount of fish they have is jaw dropping. They have species I had never seen in person and overall is an amazing selection of fish. I love this place. Edit: came in here again just earlier today (Dec 21) and I was just blown away. I had a few questions about plants and shrimp and betta fish and the worker went above and beyond to teach me all about all the above. She sold me on an awesome plant and I just felt so taken care of and informed. Absolutely wonderful experience. I dont remember the workers name but shout out to her! Thank you for making my day :)

Every time we go the staff is so great. Knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. They have a great variety to choose from too. Agnus specifically was so sweet with our kids today. We pass 3 other pet stores to come here.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! My wife and I got our first aquarium. We went to pick up fish but had so many questions. The employees there were so friendly and gave us so much information on how to best introduce the fish to our tank, what they needed, and how to give them the best home needed. As I left the store feeling confident, the employee said please call us with any other questions. Learning everything about how to properly take care of a new animal can be overwhelming. But I left the store feeling confident. Very grateful!!!

I've always wanted Pea Puffers and they always have healthy ones in stock. They also carry healthy, live black worms, which are appreciated, so I don't have to order them online and wait for the mail... without being able to see firsthand what I'm buying. The black worms are sold by the tablespoon, which are always lifted out of the refrigerated pan and measured by hand, instead of scooped. They have great store hours and friendly staff. No matter how busy the store seems, I haven't had to wait for than a minute to check out.

Forget the other stores. Our experience was awesome. The snail Cassie recommended is so busy and happy! The aquarium stays cleaner, and it's also in part to their advice: "A hungry fish is a happy fish. Don't overfeed." Highly recommend.

Animal Ark! This is easily one of the best local pet shops around. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about animals. They take the time to answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I need for my pets. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and always fully stocked with high-quality supplies, food, and unique toys that you can't always find at the big-box chains. It's clear that they truly care about the well-being of the animals in their care and the community they serve. Highly recommend supporting this awesome local business!"

10/10 stars if I could, got the cutest tricolor harlequin crested gecko. Very healthy, and seems to be socialized. Always have a good experience shopping here. Great selection for an easy tank set up! Also 10/10 customer service; employees are very knowledgeable, and they seem like they love their jobs- which reflects well on customer view.
